Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy governs the cancellation and rescheduling of booked sessions. It applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, which remains unaffected.

Weekly sessions (Tuesday & Friday)

These are events at a fixed time; there is no statutory right of withdrawal for them (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). The following conditions apply:

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session begins.
• For cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, or for no-shows, the session fee may be retained.
• Where possible, we will offer you a rescheduling to another date instead.

Private sessions & group bookings

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 7 days before the agreed date.
• For cancellations between 7 and 2 days before the date, we charge 50% of the agreed price.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours before the date, or for no-shows, we charge the full price.

Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are transferable and valid for three years from purchase (statutory limitation period, §§ 195, 199 BGB).
• The voucher value cannot be paid out in cash.
• Your right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of gift vouchers.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness), you will receive an alternative date or a full refund of any amounts already paid.
