Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy governs the cancellation and rescheduling of booked sessions. It applies in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, which remains unaffected.

Tuesday sessions (midday and evening)

These are events at a fixed time; there is no statutory right of withdrawal for them (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB). The following conditions apply:

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session begins.
• For cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, or for no-shows, the session fee is not refunded.
• If a place is free, you can reschedule to another date instead.

Private sessions & group bookings

• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 7 days before the agreed date.
• For cancellations between 7 and 2 days before the date, we charge 50% of the agreed price.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours before the date, or for no-shows, we charge the full price.

Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are transferable and valid until the end of the third year after the year of purchase (statutory limitation period, §§ 195, 199 BGB).
• The voucher value cannot be paid out in cash.
• Your right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of gift vouchers.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel a session (e.g. due to illness), you will receive an alternative date or a full refund of any amounts already paid.

How to cancel

Please cancel as early as possible by email to hello@the-resonance-ritual.com or via WhatsApp. The time your message reaches us is decisive for meeting the deadlines.
