About

A practice that helped me find my way back.

Most of us live in our doing-state and have forgotten how to come down. The body knows the way back — it just needs an hour, and the right conditions.

Sound is one of the gentlest invitations the nervous system can receive. Slow, layered, low-frequency — it asks the body to soften without ever telling it to.

The facilitator

I hold the room every week.

I came to sound healing in 2021, mid-burnout, looking for something that didn't ask me to think harder. The practice gave me a body lesson in what I had lost touch with — that rest is not a lifestyle reward but a physiological need.

The nervous system is built to move between doing and repair. Health is the flexibility to switch. Most of us have lost it.

I trained in advanced sound healing in Thailand in 2026 and have been holding rooms in Hamburg ever since. Sessions run in English or German. The kilim travels with me — wherever I work, I lay it down first, place the bowls on it, and the room becomes the same room.
